Cookie Policy
We use minimal cookies. Here is exactly what we use and how to manage your settings.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They help the site function correctly, remember preferences and understand how visitors use the site. We use only the minimum cookies necessary.
| Cookie name | Type | Duration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Analytics | 2 years | Google Analytics 4 — anonymised unique visitor ID |
| _ga_* | Analytics | 2 years | GA4 session data — no personally identifiable info |
| cookie_consent | Functional | 1 year | Stores your cookie preference (accepted/declined) |
| session_id | Functional | Session | Server session management — deleted on browser close |
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled. GA4 does not receive your full IP address. No personally identifiable information is passed to Google. Analytics data is used solely to understand which pages are popular and how users navigate the site. To opt out, use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Functional cookies
The cookie_consent cookie stores your consent decision for 12 months so we do
not show the consent banner on every visit. The session cookie is strictly necessary for the
server to manage your connection and is deleted automatically when you close your browser.
No advertising cookies
We do not use advertising, retargeting, or behavioural tracking cookies. No data is shared with advertising networks or social media platforms via cookies set by us. Third-party sites you link out to (such as casino platforms) may set their own cookies — their policies apply.
Managing cookies by browser
You can control cookies in your browser settings. Instructions for major browsers: Chrome · Firefox · Safari · Edge. Note that blocking all cookies may affect site functionality.
GDPR and ePrivacy compliance
For users in Germany and the EU, we request explicit consent before setting analytics cookies, in compliance with the ePrivacy Directive and GDPR Art. 6(1)(a). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser settings. For UK users, we comply with PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations). Australian users are covered by the Privacy Act 1988.
